Registration

Registration fees include the participation to the technical sessions, proceedings (electronic version), lunches, coffee breaks, and banquet.

Additional tickets for the banquet could be purchased during the registration. (50 Euros per Extra Ticket).

Students should send a proof of their full-time student status.

 1-Make a bank transfer to the bank account indicated below. Bank transfer fees should be paid by the sender.

 2-Fill in this Registration Form

 3-Attach your bank transfer confirmation within the registration form and send a copy to taghdouti.b@gmail.com .

N.B: For some banks, you might need to add « MA » as a prefix to the IBAN code.

– ?Access to the campus ?:
Strict security checks are done at the entrance of the Campus of UM6P. To be allowed to enter the campus, you must send to Mrs Mounia FILALI BALKHO <mounia.filali@um6p.ma> your ID number on your passport (or CIN for Moroccan citizens) as soon as possible. Please do it by May 04, 2025, and will you have to carry with you the corresponding ID document each time you come to the campus during the workshop/conference. 
NB: without following this procedure you will certainly not access to the campus.
